Establishment of Satake International Bangkok Co., Ltd.

Satake Corporation has established Satake International Bangkok Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SIB) on January 12, 2007 by upgrading the status of the Satake Corporation Bangkok Office.

With the impending introduction of a free trade agreement between Thailand and India, SIB's main role will be to promote the export to India of rice processing machinery manufactured by Satake (Thailand) Co., Ltd.SIB will also expand its business in Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. In addition to grain processing machines, SIB will promote the sale of Biomass Gasification Power Plants in Thailand and surrounding countries.The establishment of SIB will improve the competitiveness of Satake machinery by delivering high quality products from Thailand to its customers at economical prices.
