Satake Obtains ISO/IEC17025 Certification

from The Japan Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment for Cadmium Quantitative Analysis


ISO/IEC17025 certification

Satake Corporation obtained ISO/IEC17025 certification from The Japan Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (JAB), for the quantitative analysis of Cadmium in rice.

Certification is given to laboratories which are technically competent to apply fair, reliable and accurate analysis in the specific analytic area by an Authority based on the ISO/IEC17025. It is seen as an International Standard for the capability of the laboratory. Certification to this level proves Satake's competency in terms of technical knowledge and capability for quantitative analysis of Cadmium in rice internationally.Satake has been providing domestic customers with various "trust based" analytic services such as identification of rice variety and detection of pesticide residue in rice. Acquisition of ISO/IEC17025 in Cadmium quantitative analysis in rice extends our capability to ensure "Safety", "Tasty", "Healthy" and "Peace on Mind" in grain and grain based products.
