Satake Receives the Economy, Trade and Industry Minister's Award for Intellectual Property Merit

Commended for Efforts on Intellectual Property

On April 18, the “Intellectual Property Awards Ceremony 2013” was hosted by the Patent Office was held at the Tokai University Club. Satake received the “Economy, Trade and Industry Minister's Award”.

The Patent Office gives “Intellectual Property Merit Awards” to those who promote or contribute to the development of the industrial property rights institution and to companies or educational institutes which contribute to its development or utilize the institution effectively. Satake received Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Award as an excellent company that utilizes the industrial property right institution.
Satake was awarded this recognition due to successive management’s the high value on and utilization and promotion of intellectual property, as a good example of organizational structure and management's approach to intellectual property, promotion of intellectual property strategy coupled with global business and corporate contribution to society, such as youth creativity development assistance.
Satake recognizes intellectual property as an important management resource and will continue building a competitive corporate brand by actively utilizing intellectual property.
